DOUBLE SERVO CONTROL TWO-PIECES JOINT STITCHER

 

 

 

Functions:

  1. Suit for large carton.
  2. Suit for three/five layer, and uncovered ones with bottom (seven layer boxes needs to be customized)
  3. Suit for single/double or unequal carton
  4. Single/double nails, strengthen nail can be fulfilled in one time
  5. Stitching pitch 30mm-120mm can easily be set in computer
  6. Machine speed: 500 stitches/minute
  7. Imported double servo system and electric control system
  8. Automatic warning system to display fault instruction in LCD

Main Configuration:

        1. Double servo system are brand of YASKAWA, the Asian well-known brand, which provide a stable and accurate stitching distance
        2. The control system adopted from Siemens, the well-known brand from Germany
        3. All the bearing uses Japan NSK brand
        4. The nail head assemblies are made from imported precise processing material and monitored by Computerized Numerical Control MachineComputerized Numerical Control Machinecomputerized Numerical control machine
        5. The base mould and blade use tungsten steel made by Japan with strong abrasion resistance
        6. All switch in the control box of the machine and shift knobs use brand of Schneider from Germany.
        7. All flat bell are the brand from Italy, and all triangle belt are made by Taiwan.
