Details:
1. Paper feeding mechanism
*The combination of feeding technology of European die-cutting machine and lead edge feeding features of high-speed flexo printing machine, newly designed lead edge feeder with precise feeding system will provide more accurate and positive feeding than ever
*Top gear and precise Lead Edge Feeder design, allowed consistent feeding with various quality corrugated board
*New technology polyurethane wheel surface with grid lifter and air cushion ensure smooth feeding and accurate alignent even warped board
*Fine vaccum suction adjustment through inverter adapts to wide range stock from F flute to double wall corrugate
*Pneumatic side push guide plates (left and right sides)
*Left and right hand side guides with separating and synchronizing adjustment available. Inclined front guide plate with back and forth, up and down micro-adjustments to reduce the pressure on bottom sheet of the pile to ensure smooth feeding;
*Sheet feeding grid height adjustable according to sheet quality and thickness for smooth and precise feeding
2. Paper conveying mechanism
*Selectable left and right side push lays to ensure accurate alignment
*Advanced non-stop adjustment of feeding timing,reduce down time
*Front gauge non-stop back and forth adjustable to accommodate variation in gripper margin
3. Die cutting part
*Pressure-containing member adopts high-strength nodular cast iron-QT500 and special casting process, thus it has high strength and never deforms.
*The Ni-Cr-Mo metal steel crank shaft Through the special craft processing,imported from Germany.

6. Electrical part

INSTALLATION:
If the buyer need our factory to send engineer go to install, the buyer will cover all expense of engineers visiting including visa application, round-trip tickets, local transportation, meals and loading expenses. Free installation and training duration is 8 days. Extra installation and training cost will US$100 per day per person.
WARRANTY:
One year guarantee after the buyer received the machine. The manufacture provides the spare parts free during the one year guarantee if the spare parts are broken (it excludes the man broken). But the buyer need pay the delivery fee for the spare parts.
