Technology Parameter:

Introduction:

This machine is manual operation and vacuum absorption auxiliary feeding system.(The wind strength can be adjusted). It can slot, cut the corner, cut the extra side and press the lines of the corrugated cardboard. The slotting width is electric adjustment, and it attached a ruler that the scale can be read easily. The phase adjustment of slotting part is planetary gear structure. The machine adopts 360°electric adjustment. The up and down slotting knives and creasing knives can move synchronously (use exclusive tool to adjust left and right). This small machine is easy to operate and repair easily which is specialized for slotting small boxes.

Main structure and features:

1. Feeding paper roller adopt patterned roller, feeding paper roller pressure adjustment adopt eccentric wheel adjust and left-right eccentric wheel, adjust the pressure synchronous
2. Pushing paperboard department adopt both sides baffle and latter baffle to fasten paperboard, to avoid the slotting error when pushing paperboard which make upper paperboard misplace, can fit to every kind paperboard, and sending paper stable and accurate.
3. Slotting plate adopt full steel processed accessories, slotting knives adopt zigzagarc-shaped semicircle knives to slot and remove the scrap, paperboard get into slitting roller after slotting, slitting knives slit both sides of the paperboard(note:pressing wheel and slitting knives in one roller)
4. Paperboard is send out by six transmit shaft after slotting, corner-cutting, slitting, pressing, this machine power equipped with the frequency conversion speed regulator(speed adjustable freely), adopt Jintiao frequency converter.
5. This machine adopts electric planetary gear phase to adjust paperboard size, can adjust without stopping.

Printing part:

1. Adopts Φ296mm high quality thick seamless steel tube which is surface grinding and hard chromium plating.
2. Adopts Φ175.56mm 220 mesh high quality steel anilox roller which is produced by Dalian.
3. Adopts Φ160mm rubber roller made by Chunfeng Jizhou. It is wear-resisting, oil resistance and acid and alkali resistant. The roller is in highly grinding so it is easy to print.
4. The pressure adjustment of printing roller adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do the slight adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach best condition.
5. 360°electric phase, printing motor button phase adjust mechanism adopt planetary gear structure, can freely adjust machine work or stop 360°by electric button when machine running.
6. Ink pump provide ink automatically, lift printing plate pneumatic. also with the automatic ink distribution system, which avoid the bad influence to the printing result when ink dry out because of machine stop running. Used 1.2inch PVC ink-back tube, smooth tube wall avoid ink-stuff up and sticking, can send the ink to ink bucket in time to avoid ink-leak phenomenon

The Slotting unit (Optional):

The machine adopts 360°electric adjustment. The up and down slotting knives and creasing knives can move synchronously. Adopt multi-group communication type computer adjustment, main computer adopts big screen PLC control. Hanging plate with foot type on-off. Scorer wheels are pre-press and double press. This small machine is easy to operate and repair easily which is specialized for slotting small boxes.

Pressing Device:

1. Diameter of shaft: 110mm, after surface grinding treated with hard chromium.
2. Balance correction and running stability.
3. The pressing wheel gap dial is manually adjusted, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.

Slotting Knife device:

1. The above slotting shaft:156mm, after surface grinding treated with hard chromium.
2. Slotting knife width 7mm
3. The Tooth type alloy steel slotting knife is heat treated and grinded which have excellent hardness and toughness.
4. The alloy steel trim knife is heat-treated and grinded so that the knife edge is sharp and the precision is high.
5. Adjusting the traverse position of creasing wheel and the slotting knife seat by electromechanical joint adjustment.

Phase adjustment:

(2) 360° electric digital phase adjustment (run and stop can be adjusted).

Box height adjustment:
