RYSP Double Pieces Paperboard Gluer Machine

 

Introduction: 

This machine is used for connection two pieces paperboard by glue to making big carton. It is suitable for E, C, B, A, AB flute corrugated paperboard. Can produce single-pieces, two pieces glued carton. This machine can work with most kinds quality paperboard, the glue gun spray system can set independently, can produce heterogenic shaped carton, flat carton and single piece box, especially for large, high strength corrugated artificial difficult production.

 

Functions:

  1. Average speed is 60m/min.
  2. With independent cold glue system, hot melt glue system.
  3. Use SIEMENS man-machine interface, the operation is simple and convenient.
  4. The adjustment of machine is easy and fast, 5-15mins can change order.
  5. Suitable for E, C, B, A, AB flute corrugated paperboard, suitable for work on heterogenic shaped carton, flat carton and single piece box.
  6. According to different product, can choose to use Hot melt glue, cold glue, or both use together. (If use together, the width of glue part should be bigger than 35mm.)
